****TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY****
I started Focus T25 in last week of October…its a ten week program but it took me a bit a longer as I had to repeat a week or two with the holidays. Now I I know these are not the best results you have ever seen but these are GREAT results considering the circumstances.
I followed this program through the holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and NYE) along with umpteen office holiday parties and I STILL managed to LOSE 12lbs and about 3-1/2 inches off my mid-section. Buh bye love handles and alcohol babies!!!
Aside from me losing weight, I am back in awesome shape (physically and mentally) and I am only ready to go forward. Before I started the program I was fresh off an injury that was the cause for the weight gain to begin with as well as almost all upper body strength lost! Not only are my size 8’s baggy but I am doing military style push-ups again!!
I am so stoked because I was quite frustrated with my situation prior to starting. Was it hard? YES! The first weeks I could barely finish the program but I used the modifications and kept pushing play! Did I WANT to push play each day? NO!! But I made a promise to myself and you guys!! Thanks you Family for cheering me on each day and not complaining about my million videos and selfies!! HEHE
